DE Directly located at the beach of the baltic sea, the historic hotel Haus Mönchgut has been renovet to increase significantly the energy efficiency. The Haus is now getting electricity from its own photovoltaic installation with a performance of 26,5KWp. This allows an annual reduction of 19,4to CO2. ELctricity not used by house own consumption will be directed to the regional power house. Further energy saving is been done by using mainly LED light sources. In 2021 further investments are planned in electric charge bases for electric cars.
